- Site name, address, and primary contact
- Normal access hours and gate instructions

- Photo-update and approval process
Review the cadence
After the first pickups, compare the schedule with actual debris volume. Adjust the cadence, staging area, or communication process instead of allowing piles to grow or paying for avoidable trips.
